Tarver shares his comments on the bout this Saturday and expresses that people have always been counting him out from the get go, “people called me too old to start my pro career, people said I would never make it to the Olympics, I would never win a world title, I would not knock out Roy Jones..I am a dream maker, I set goals and I am going to bring back the heavyweight title to America. If I fight Waldimir Klitschko I will beat him!”
It is a hefty goal Tarver has in mind as both brothers Klitschko have been dominating the heavyweight division for close to a decade. This bout with Kayode is being contested at the crusierweight limit and Tarver would not need to gain much weight to jump up and challenge either of the two brothers.
