Full televised fight results below:

Floyd Mayweather def. Marcos Maidana via Rd. 12 UD

Floyd Mayweather Jr. used his quick footwork and amazingly accurate counterpunching abilities to easily defeat Marcos Maidana for a second time, only this time there was no disputing who the winner was.

Mayweather kept the bout in the middle of the ring for the most part, as Maidana was more tame this time around, but that lack of aggrssiveness hurt any chacne of him winning the fight.

Check back to Fight Hub TV later tonight for a full recap of Mayweather vs. Maidana 2.

Leo Santa Cruz def. Manuel Roman via Rd. 2 KO

In a fight that was figured to be easy work for WBC super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz was just that, as Santa Cruz took out Manuel Roman with a Round 2 TKO at the :55 second mark.

With the easy win on the biggest stage in the sport, Santa Cruz has to move on to bigger and better fights. Opponents such as Guillermo Rigondeaux, Scott Quigg and Carl Frampton are all solid fights for his next opponent. Santa Cruz called out Rigo post-fight, so let’s hope that confidence leads to the big showdown, despite Rigo’s lack of excitement in the ring.

Mickey Bey def.  Miguel Vasquez via SD 115-113 and 119-109 Bey, 115-113 Vazquez

In a fight that was too close to give a definite winner, Mickey Bey beat Miguel Vazquez via split decision, Bey winning isn’t a controversial call, one of the judges scores was. Bey and Vazquez earned a 115-113 each and the decisive score of 119-109 in Bey’s favor gave him the win and the IBF lightweight crown.

Although I would say a rematch is warranted, the lack of action the fight would suggest otherwise.

James De La Rosa def. Alfredo Angulo  via UD 98-90, 96-92 and 99-80

With Alfredo Angulo making his 160-pound debut after suffering two-straight loses to Canelo Alvarez and Erislandy Lara, taking a spot on the Mayhem undercard was supposed to be his return to the spotlight.  That wasn’t the case, as James De La Rosa proved to be too much for “El Perro” despite late fight heroics. Angulo will have to ponder whether to go on or not, as he looks like a shell of his former self.

Humberto Soto def.  John Molina via UD 96-91, 95-92 (x2)
