Timothy Bradley “I felt sad for Manny Pacquiao” Talks March 15th date with Ruslan Provodnikov

tim bradley vs ruslan provodnikov

Timothy Bradley is back in the ring on March 15th in pretty much his backyard as the current WBO welterweight champion defends his title against tough Russian Ruslan Provodnikov. Provodnikov was a former sparring partner for Manny Pacquiao as the fighter actually helped prepare Pacquiao for Tim Bradley last June. Provodnikov (what a tounge twister right?) is looking to make a name for himself in winning a fight he is not suppose to win.

Timothy Bradley though, is just happy to get into the ring and though his opponent is not Robert Guerrero or Lamont Peterson, he contends it will be a tough bout for him, ” He is young and very determined. He brings a lot to the ring, his intensity, his will and determination. That is going to be a test for me..especially after having that long layoff .” Bradley is not looking past this current opponent in front of him as a rematch with Pacquiao is not even on his radar though as he tells Marcos Villegas he feels sad for the Filipino champion, ” I felt kinda sad man…because it is just boxing and I am like man, I just could not beleive it. I did not even see it coming, it was a impressive win for Marquez.”
