The inaugural Big Knockout Boxing event live from the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada is going down Saturday night, and the new take on boxing promises more action than the traditional take on the sweet science.
Fighting in a 17-foot circle with no ropes called “The Pit” is supposed to push the offensive attacks as there is no where to hide in BKB.
If a fighter goes on to the padded area surrounding the ring they will be deducted a point and have that ruled a knock down if it is ruled accidental.
The fight card is headlined by two fighters with familiar names in the sport, Bryan Vera and Gabriel Rosado, who will be duking it out for the BKB middleweight championship.
